"The best management training I’ve ever had."

"I think the Academy was just about perfect."

"The Academy did an excellent job of focusing on topics relevant to managers. What was especially helpful was hearing these techniques from voices outside the library."

"It did a great job addressing the specific needs of middle managers. The challenge now is to retain my enthusiasm in the midst of day-to-day work I really think that these tools will help a lot."

"All of the information was very relevant. I really appreciated the fact that you covered topics from a number of different perspectives – the business view, the financial view, the directors’ views, human resources, etc."
