| 9:00 - 10:30 | Finding Full Text Resources Andrew Pace and David Goldsmith of North Carolina State University Libraries will discuss the challenges of identifying and accessing full text resources including those from aggregator databases. Please refer to http://www.loc.gov/catdir/pcc/aggfinal.html for background reading on the topic. Solutions such as JAKE, Serials Solution, and the Open URL will be discussed. |

| 10:50 - 12:00 | Fault Tolerance Dave Pcolar, UNC-CH Academic Affairs Library, will introduce the topic of fault tolerance and related issues. Attendees will then participate in a discussion of the various methods in place or being planned for UNIX and NT servers, backup strategies and disaster preparedness. |
