The Lab in the Library: Supporting the Teaching and Practice of Usability Testing at NC State

The Usability Research Lab supports the teaching and practice of usability across campus. It is used most often by students who are assigned usability testing projects for classes. The lab is also available to support usability-related projects in the campus community, including the NCSU Libraries. The breakout session will explore usability testing both as a library service and as a resource for design and development within an academic research library.
