The teleconference, sponsored by five major library
associations, will provide libraries and their governing institutions with
an analysis of the implications of the recent anti-terrorism measures. The
teleconference will be aired from 12:15 pm - 2:15 pm. More information on

Following the teleconference, Lolly Gasaway, Director of the Law Library at UNC, will moderate a panel of local experts and an open discussion with attendees. The reactor panel includes: David Lombard Harrison, Associate Vice President for Legal Affairs, Office of the President, The University of North Carolina; Barbara M. Wildemuth, Professor and Associate Dean, Undergraduate Studies, School of Information and Library Science, The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Carolyn Argentati, Donald E. Moreland Associate Director for Public Services, NCSU LIbraries, North Carolina State University; and Pat Thibodeau, Associate Dean for Library Services, Duke University Medical Center Library.
