Circulation desk closes and checkouts discontinued 15 minutes before the library closes.

Loan Period: 28 days for items published in the last two copyright years; older materials can be borrowed for 90 days; 28 days for a/v materials

Renewal policy: Books may be renewed twice in person or by phone (660-1100) during regular circulation desk hours. Items with holds are not renewable.

Non-circulating materials: Reference material, reserve material, bound and unbound periodicals, and building use items.

Overdue fines: 50 cents per day per item from due date. Fines are assessed from the due date if the grace period is missed.

Replacement policy: Lost book bills are issued for any item 30 or more days overdue. Replacement charges are the actual cost of the item ($75 minimum for out of print items), plus $35 processing fee per item billed and fines.

Overdue Notice Policy: Overdue notices are sent only as a reminder. When patrons receive overdue notices, materials listed are already overdue and subject to fines. Due dates are stamped inside of each book at the time it is checked out.
