Non-circulating materials: Encyclopedias, dictionaries, loose-leaf materials, multi-volume titles, microform and other software, periodicals, reference materials, statutes, codes, digests, restatements, United States Legislative information, and government documents.

Overdue fines:

    Classified/non-reserve

• Minimum daily fine - 25¢ per day per item.
• Maximum fine - $10 per item.
• Replacement fees - $55 per book,  plus $15 processing fee.

    Reserve materials

• Minimum daily fine - $1 per hour.
• Maximum daily fine - $8.
• Maximum overdue - $25.

Replacement policy: Patrons borrowing books will be held responsible and fined for their loss and/or any damages. Books are automatically declared lost 35 days past due date. 

Renewals: No telephone renewals will be accepted. 

Returning books: All books should be returned to the book drop (located at the circulation desk) at the School of Law Library.
