Non-circulating materials: Reference materials, reserve materials, bound and unbound periodicals, microform, government documents, statutes, codes, digests, restatements and library-use-only materials.

Overdue fines:

Classified/non-reserve

Minimum daily fine - 25 cents per day per item.
Maximum fine - $10 per item.
Replacement fees - $55 per book, plus $15 processing fee.

Reserve materials

Minimum daily fine - $1 per hour.
Maximum daily fine - $8.
Maximum overdue - $25.

Replacement policy: Patrons borrowing books will be held responsible and fined for their loss and/or any damages. Books are automatically declared lost 35 days past due date.

Renewals: No telephone renewals will be accepted.

Returning books: All books should be returned to the book drop (located at the circulation desk) at the School of Law Library.
